Audiowalk »Hidden Tracks« by Julian Sartorius

Hof- und Feldkonzert mit Julian Sartorius19.09.2020 Patrick Principe

»What do our environments - our different lifeworlds - sound like?«

This is exactly what Julian Sartorius' »Hidden Tracks« allows us to experience. The visitors follow the internationally renowned percussionist on the sound walk. They see  how Sartorius elicits his very own sounds from the most diverse objects and natural elements - and hear them in every detail through headphones. »Hidden Tracks« are unique guided tours that sharpen our perception and senses. Because every place and every room through which Julian Sartorius leads us with his drumsticks sounds different - and unique.

The »Hidden Tracks« - sound walks are a consistent continuation of his album of the same name, for which Sartorius wandered from Basel to Geneva. He playfully expanded our notions of a drum set with the objects he encountered on his way. He now continues these curious ways, awakening the sounds that sleep in all buildings and landscapes.

The number of participants is limited to 20, therefore we ask for pre-registration via mail: amelie@seanaps.net (subject: Audiowalk »Hidden Tracks«). The walk is open for all ages.
